Take the first step to your future job at Dogma Alares
We are looking for 4th-year undergraduate students as long-term interns to join Turkey’s next-gen consulting firm, Dogma Alares. During the internship period (November 2023 to July 2024), you will be staffed at internal and/or customer projects and evaluated for a full-time position after graduation. Last year, most of our Young Alares interns received full-time job offers.
Our motto is challenging the dogmas. This requires multiple skills in a flourishing culture as we bring together multidisciplinary teams, including strategy consultants, machine learning experts, software developers, and service designers, when providing services to clients across different industries.
What we look for
- Senior undergraduate students holding excellent academic record
- Ability to work at least 2.5 days per week
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
- Ability to work independently
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exponential learning potential
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top university (Past profiles came from İTÜ, ODTÜ, Boğaziçi, Bilkent, Koç, Sabancı, and Galatasaray, but we love to be challenged
- Excellent analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and a high level of conceptual thinking are required
- Clear communications skills
- Can work effectively within teams under high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently is expected
