Role overview
We are always looking for professionals for our “Case Manager” role in our strategy consulting capability area. Successful candidate will have high exposure to collective industry experience of Dogma Alares senior leadership and subject matter experts and will have the ability to further develop self through interesting and challenging client-side working experiences.
Main responsibilities of the role
- Lead a work stream in client engagement
- Execute high quality fact-based analysis and build analytical / financial models
- Support project leadership to formulate valuable recommendations for our clients
- Support business development efforts of Dogma Alares
- Participate in certain Dogma Alares internal functions
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 7 years of management consulting and / or industry experience is required
- Degree in engineering, management or economics from a top university is required
- MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
- Previous experience in strategy, business development, planning or similar functions of leading financial services or consumer goods / services companies as a consultant or an employee is preferred
- Relevant hands on experience in strategy projects, digital initiatives, analytics and transformations is preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Excellent analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and high capacity for conceptual thinking are required
- Ability to work independently is expected
- Curiosity and enthusiasm in exponential learning is expected
- Entrepreneurial mindset is preferred
