Overview and Value
We are looking for candidates with a mixed consulting and/or industry experience background. You will own the customer problems and lead highly qualified project teams to solve them. Case Managers work closely with customer teams, Dogma Alares Partners, and Senior Advisors on a daily basis.
Main Responsibilities
The Case Managers lead customer projects on a day-to-day basis. We usually operate from the customer site as a project team. The result of the project should be a tangible and sustainable improvement. We want people who are interested in delivering results rather than only creating long reports.
Case Managers develop leadership capabilities by dealing with challenging problems in an uncertain environment. We expect you to use your problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skills to solve customer problems. You should have the courage and patience to be challenged by team members.
We expect Case Managers to bring cross-functional teams (strategy consultants, machine learning engineers, and service designers) to work around customer problems seamlessly. Diversity strengthens us, yet leading a team with different backgrounds will test your leadership skills. Case Managers will develop excellent leadership skills while managing this diversity of skill sets.
What we offer
